Tapenade is an olive purée flavoured with Provence herbs and capers.
Preparation:
Our tapenade is made exclusively from olives from Nyons d'Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée that have been pitted, flavoured and packaged. The glass jar is pasteurized to ensure the product is correctly preserved.
Characteristics:
The tapenade made from olives from Nyons is very fine and smooth.
Serving suggestions:
Tapenade can be eaten on toast as an aperitif, and also used as a condiment in place of mustard (with cold meats, sauces, salads, in omelettes, with avocado, tomatoes etc…)
