The region of the Baronnies is located to the East of the plains and hills of the Rhône region and to the West of the Durance.

It lies in the upper basins of the Eygues, Ouvèze and Ennuye rivers in the pre-alps of the South.

 On the road to GAP, 10km from Nyons and in the commune of LES PILLES, the Cooperative de Nyons created a wine producing site in 1980 to produce between 15,000 and 20,000 HL of VIN DE PAYS (IGP° COTEAUX DES BARONNIES (typically CHARDONNAY, CABERNET SAUVIGNON…).

This cellar is regarded as a “prototype” site with its ultra-modern vats in stainless steel, which have automated emptying and thermoregulation.  It enables the making of wine at the production site with a simple method of receiving the harvests.

 You will also find our shop LES PILLES on the site, offering all the products available in the VIGNOLIS de NYONS showroom: our black olives Nyons AOC, our tapenades from black olives de Nyons AOC,…

 As well as our range of wines from the land of the Baronnies and Côtes du Rhône.

As with the NYONS shop in 2008, this shop was updated in 2009.
