In toast, for the aperitif, spread on slices of toasted bread still hot.

As an accompaniment to raw ham and melon, cooked cheeses such as Comté cheese. To taste with foie gras or duck breast.

Ingredients: Olive pulp of Nyons PDO (65%), sugar, lemon, ginger. Prepared with 50g of fruit for 100g.

Total sugar content 60g per 100g.

Keep cool after opening and consume quickly.
