Ingredients: Black olives of Nyons PDO, brine (water, salt).

Consumption: Take a few hours before consumption according to your needs and rinse. they will return to their dark brown gold color "monk's coat" on contact with the air. You can decorate them with herbs from Provence and olive oil.

Conservation: one to two years in the brine, provided the olives are fully immersed. The film that can form on the surface is a natural phenomenon.
